We source the yarn from the yarn factories and then wrap the yarn to different cut levels or performances according to the demand of our customers.
We have 400 Knitting machines, covering 7 gauge, 10 gauge, 13 gauge, 15 gauge, and 18 gauge.

6 Nitrile/ Latex Dipping lines, covering Sandy Nitrile, Foam/Micro-foam Nitrile, Blast Nitrile, Smooth Nitrile, Foam Latex, Wrinkle Latex, Sandy Latex.
Daily output 12,000doz-18,000doz. (2000doz-3000doz per line).
The qty is determined by the style, if do general gloves with single coating, the capability can reach 3000dz per line per day.
If produce cut-resistant gloves or double dipping, the capability is about 2000doz per line per day.
